- The Billing feature is applicable to both accounts using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and accounts using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Products (Inventory > Products) is the successor feature to (Inventory > Items) and is available in our newest version of Checkfront.

Changing your planBack to top
Click on the Change Plan or Upgrade Plan link within the plan summary section to view your upgrade (or downgrade) options.
There may also be a button at the top of the page labelled Upgrade Account depending on your current plan.

- Comparing billing frequenciesBack to top
Compare our standard plans by billing frequency. You can choose to be billed and pay monthly or annually. Simply toggle the billing frequency options to view pricing by plan.
If you choose annual billing, then we bill you for the entire year upfront which includes a 15% discount on the monthly price!
- Upgrading or downgrading your planBack to top
Next, click the desired option to begin the Upgrade (or Downgrade) Plan process. Interested in our Enterprise plan? Then, please click the Contact Sales button to apply for the Enterprise plan.

Need more information to make your decision? Scroll down the page and click the Compare Plans toggle to open the feature by plan table.
- Confirming and updating your planBack to top
To complete the process, provide your credit card information and then click Confirm and update plan.
Any future dated payments are described above the Confirm and update plan button.
