Navigating by date
Back to topThe following date options allow you to optimize the Asset Calendar to meet your needs.
Viewing asset assignments by day or week
Back to topBy default, your assets are presented by day. Select Week from the drop-down menu to view the assignments by week.
This provides a more compact calendar, but you can hover over the name of the assignment to open an overview with further details, including the name of the associated product and the time increment booked.
You can use your browser's zoom feature to zoom out the page to view more increments. |
Click the Today button to return focus to today's inventory.
Jumping to the previous or next day/week
Back to topYou can jump back (<) to the previous day/week or forward (>) to the next day/week.
Selecting the start date
Back to topAlternatively, you can choose a specific start date by selecting the date from the drop-down calendar or entering the date directly into the field provided.
Filtering by category
Back to topClicking the arrow under the Category label opens a drop-down menu of available asset categories. By default, All categories of assets are displayed within the calendar.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out a select asset by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.
Do you have a long list of categories? Then, enter the category's name within the search field above the open menu, and the list is then limited to those values that start with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!
Expanding or collapsing content
Back to topWhen you first navigate to the Asset Calendar, the category sections are expanded, but the asset rows are collapsed. Asset and categories sections can be collapsed and expanded to suit your needs using the arrows (>)(v) next to each label. You can also expand and collapse rows using the options at the right-hand side of each category row.
