Bulk editing inventory
Back to topSelect the pencil icon next to the item/product to start the bulk edit process and open the Inventory Edit modal.
From the Inventory Edit modal, you can revise the number of available inventory by toggling the control up (+) to increase or down (-) to decrease inventory.
If you are using products and your Inventory is based on assets, then any secondary assets are also listed and available for editing within the Inventory section. |
You can further refine which inventory is edited from the Apply To section of the modal.
Depending on your configuration and selections for editing, all the inventory listed may already be selected.
You can expand the date sections to select timeslots or flextime, where applicable.
Use the Select All button to expand your selections as needed.
You can select additional timeslots or flextime for the same day by selecting the checkbox next to the date.
Select None can be used to clear all and then revise your selections.
Finally, add a note to the Activity Log to communicate important information regarding the adjustment, such as the reasoning behind the change.
The activity log supports a maximum of 260 characters.
Save your changes to commit your edits!
Bulk edits cannot be made across multiple items/products. Adjustments can only be made on a per-item/product basis. |
