- The Email Notifications feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Determining if a booking notification has been sent
Back to topDo you want to confirm that an instant or scheduled notification has been sent to recipients, for example, to notify a Customer of a new booking?
If so, there are several areas in Checkfront where notification status displays.
Booking Invoice Log
Back to topIn a booking's Log tab, a sent notification displays as SENT in the Email column.
If an email has not been sent successfully and bounces, it displays as BOUNCE in the Email column.
Account Activity Report
Back to topIn the Account Activity report (Reports > Account Activity), a sent notification displays as SENT in the Email column.
If an email bounces, it displays as BOUNCE in the Email column.
