Determining if a booking notification has been sentBack to top
Do you want to confirm that an instant or scheduled notification has been sent to recipients, for example, to notify a Customer of a new booking?
If so, there are several areas in Checkfront where notification status displays.
Booking Invoice LogBack to top
In a booking's Log tab, a sent notification displays as SENT in the Email column.
If an email has not been sent successfully and bounces, it displays as BOUNCE in the Email column.
Account Activity ReportBack to top
In the Account Activity report (Reports > Account Activity), a sent notification displays as SENT in the Email column.
If an email bounces, it displays as BOUNCE in the Email column.
