Notifications and guest details
It would be really helpful if there was a way we could send an email to customers who have yet to complete the guest details for their booking. For us the guest details form contains vital information such as medical conditions which we need to know in advance of the event taking place. Currently we have to send a mail to all customers which starts, if you have already completed the guest details please ignore this message. Only sending to those who have not completed the details would be more professional.

Try this, you can get the link for guest forms and send it to those who haven't completed it yet
Go to the Guest's booking, click 'Staff Print' on the left-hand side and then in the next window look at the bottom right of the invoice to which will say "Complete Guest Forms" this will open the customer-facing view of guests forms where you can then copy the share link from the top paragraph of text
