Staff-Only Bookabale Item Events
Hi there,
I would appreciate it if it would be possible to have the option of setting up item events which would be only bookable by (and visible to) staff.
We have a hiking trip with several departures (item events) over the summer and these are visible to our customers and bookable online. In addition, we have a couple of departure dates which we only offer through our partners and are booked by our staff. The trip is the same, so I would not like to create a new one (only visible to staff) for overview and statistics purposes.
It would be great if the item events would have the "Only visible to Staff" checkbox.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we may not have a built-in feature for this, we have created a workaround for you!
This workaround is suited for accounts using Checkfront Items, and cannot be used for accounts with Products and Assets.

Great idea! I have been hoping for this and asking for work arounds. We have to duplicate so many items and then alias them etc. one for online bookings and one for staff to have more control. In rules, you can apply rules to customers or staff. Could this not be done at the level of an item also? Thanks
