Feature request - add rule for time-limited discount

I’d like to see a feature that allows us to run a time-limited discount tied to the BOOKING day, not based on when an event/product start and end date/time is. Currently, when I want to set up an offer to receive a discount when you book an event by X date (I run day tours, so time slot events), I manually have to disable that discount by the reached date. There’s no rule that allows for booking window or early bird on Timeslot events.
