Charge customer full amount if booking is less than €xx total

Would it be possible to add another deposit setting so that a booking below a user set amount is charged in full.

For example:
Customer books a camping pitch for €109 total but the deposit required by the system is Eg. €100 the client is left with a €9 balance. 1. This looks a bit daft to the client but 2. We have to pay the commission AND the set charge on just €9.

Would an opton such as this:

Charge customer full amount if booking total is less than €100 (needs to be user defined like num er of days in advance option)

This would then work for either option "Take fixed amount" and "Take a percentage"
