Welcome to the Checkfront Community, a place to connect with fellow operators, suppliers, and others in the industry. We are a community of tour operators, hotel managers, guides, rental specialists, and many more.

Our Community is a place of support, advice, best practices, feedback, and recommendations. We’re excited that you’re here - we all benefit from a healthy, vibrant community, and we value your contributions, as our users are our experts.

Please read through these guidelines before posting or commenting; all users are expected to follow these guidelines and will be held accountable for following them. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines before contributing to our community.

These guidelines are in addition to the Checkfront Forums Terms of Use.

Checkfront Community Guidelines

We support an open and friendly environment in our community. We ask you to be kind and respectful to all members of the Checkfront Community, including fellow users, third party partners, and Checkfront staff.

To ensure that our community is a useful, inclusive, and inviting environment for all users, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

Be kind, be calm, and be considerate.

  • Use appropriate tone and language

  • Encourage others, especially new users

  • Share what you know, we are here to provide solutions and advice. Ask for help and help others

  • Provide constructive, helpful answers and feedback

  • Vote for your peers! If you find a post or a reply to be useful, helpful, or nice - please upvote it to say thanks and share your support!

Provide the Details

Everyone's businesses are unique and can differ in many ways. is best to provide any details you can to explain what you are looking to accomplish, without giving away any sensitive information.

  • Give enough detail, including screenshots and links if needed

  • For your own privacy, do not post your direct contact information or email address in the community.

  • Please don’t share any account info, billing details, or guest information.

  • If you have any questions or concerns that require you to provide any personal information, please reach out to support@checkfront.com for assistance instead.

Stay on Topic

Do your best to post in the relevant space, with an appropriate title so that others can easily find it. If you see a post that is similar or relevant to yours please post a comment on the thread rather than creating a replicate post.

  • Read through the “how to post” directions and follow them.

  • If you are unsure where to post, use your best judgment and we can help move your post if needed.

Here are some things we do not permit in our community:

  • Do not spam, advertise for your own or another company, or solicit members for their personal or contact information.

  • Do not post or link to information that is harmful, deceptive, threatening, irrelevant, harassing or hateful

  • Do not yell (including all caps), use aggressive behaviour, or use abusive or inappropriate language/images/links

  • Do not misrepresent yourself; lie about your identity or any affiliation with Checkfront, its vendors and partners.

  • Do not provide inaccurate answers to questions; if you don't know the answer, it's better not to comment.

  • Do not utilize or interact with the community in any way that violates the Checkfront Terms of Service or Checkfront Customer Terms

We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not adhere to our Community Code of Conduct, without warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or remove a user who violates these Community Code of Conduct.
