Logging into the CommunityFeatured
Our Community is available to all! Login to your Checkfront account to post and engage with other Community users.
After signing in to your Checkfront account, navigate to your in-app Support Dashboard. Then, click on “Browse Topics”. This will log you into our Community, allowing you to post and comment on other posts!
You’re able to submit questions to our Support team, view your ticket history, and post in our Community - all while logged in to your Support Dashboard.
New to Checkfront Support?
You may need first to verify your Checkfront account email address. To verify your Checkfront account email, you can follow these easy steps:
Press one of the support buttons, such as “View Tickets.” This button will trigger a pop-up asking you if you would like to verify your account.
Press “Verify”, then navigate to the email inbox that is associated with your Checkfront account.
Verify your account by clicking the link in the verification email.
Navigate to your Support Dashboard in your Checkfront account and select Community.
