    This idea sounds like it would make the process of selecting Add-ons more straightforward for customers as well as simplify the setup involved for operators. Would love to see if this post prompts any other related ideas.

    I think there is quite a lot that could be done to improve the add on's area.  It would be nice if you selected an add on if it picked up the parameters from the main booking AND allowed the user to change these afterwards. For example, If a customer is making a booking for one adult and one child to go wakeboarding and they choose to add wakeboard hire it would be nice if the system added on the quantities already and then if that is not what the customer wanted they could amend the selection. Also it would be good if they couldn't add on more of the add on than the quantity they have booked. Occasionally I get customers that hire more wetsuits than people they have booked for.

    Agreed. The add on or upselling process is a sore spot for the program. Too bad.
