File uploads with waiver

Hello all, 

After a customer has made a rental reservation with us, we request that the customer upload a picture of their driver's license and insurance ID card. Currently, our automated emails have a link to a Dropbox folder that they can upload their documents to, however, this creates an extra step for our staff going into Dropbox, searching for their names, and verifying their documents. 

We would like to see the ability to upload a document within the waiver so that customers can sign the waiver, and upload their documents in one place, and our staff can simply view their waiver, confirm it's been signed correctly, and verify their documents. 

This would also significantly clear up the workflow when additional drivers have been added to a vehicle rental reservation as often times the additional drivers will upload their documents under their name, rather than the name the reservation is made under so we are unable to locate their documents through Dropbox. If documents could be uploaded with the waivers, we could easily keep track of additional driver's documents.

  Adding the possibility to upload documents would surely be welcome by many businesses (including mine!).

   

  But I think it should not be part of the Waiver, but an integrated feature (or independent add-on). so it can be used on its own.

  I agree with PDStaff, an integration or separate waiver type would work great for us as well!

  Having the ability to upload documents via checkfront would definitely be ideal!!!

  We require customers to upload their DL or ID as well. We currently have an instant notification setup after a client makes their reservation that includes a link to a page on our site with an embedded Formstack form which allows them to upload files directly to our Dropbox.

  The ability to upload documents would b a huge benefit to simplify the work flow. Please work to implement this functionality.

  As a diving center, uploading certificate cards would be a tremendous feature.

  I have not seen a response to this thread - but agree that an image upload of customer documents is well needed, either as part of a waiver or independently as part of a booking.  Is there plans to include this feature or no?
