I would like to see a flexible number of guests handled better on the waiver form too.  In our case we require a form per person but for minors we would like to be able to optionally add multiple children to one form and select how many there is.

    Hi Kryssie and Rich,

I hope you're doing well! Thank you for sharing your feedback about our Waivers and Documents. Have you had an opportunity to test out our Guest Forms feature? This may help solve some of your use-cases here by letting you send an individual waiver to each guest and collecting guest information outside of the waiver itself for use in reporting. You can read more on our Guest Forms feature here:

This could help you get around the need to use repeater fields, and the Guest Forms page uses our standard CSS editor under Manage > Layout > Booking Page > '</>CSS Editor' to help you match the styling and visuals with your branding.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks Jay.  I'm already using this but we also need people listed separately in the signed waiver form as well.

Hi Jay, thank you for your reply, sorry for not responding sooner. I do have one more question - Is it possible to then take the guest information and send it to HubSpot?

    Thank you

    Hi Kryssie,

    Thanks for your follow-up!

Guest Details are not currently accessible externally, such as through the API or Zapier. However, you might want to explore syncing the booker details to Hubspot via our Zapier integration.

You're welcome to create a separate forum discussion for this feedback if you'd like as I could see it coming up for other operators as well.
