New Feature Request: Add additional Email Triggers
HI Checkfront support,
I have a request that would allow for a welcome and check-out email by adding some additional email trigger "Event" such as check-in and check-out that could then trigger automated emails to customers.
In addition to this it would be nice to set a time before/after an event to send an automated email--IE 1 day after check out sent a "thank you".
If this has been covered please combine with the other thread.

That is an excellent idea on how to improve the notification triggers. Being able to send them based on the Check-in or Check-out status of a booking could be very useful.
I have seen some operators set up custom statuses for "Checked-in" and "Checked-out" that send notifications automatically. Then, operation staff just need to switch the booking into these statuses as a part of the normal check-in/check-out flow and the emails will send as needed.
Another option is to schedule a booking notification to send after the booking's end date in certain statuses, such as paid or a custom check-in/out status, which would presumably be around the same time as the check-out.
