I think the whole concept of guest information and then subsequently completing forms (with much the same information) is confusing and off-putting for customers. Guest information does often not get completed and the whole process breaks down because it isn't intuitive and feels repetitive.
If Guest Forms and Documents and Waivers could be merged into a single more seamless and intuitive step it would be a great improvement. At the very least it would help if fields from the guest form could automatically be transferred across into documents/waivers so customers don't have to enter the same information twice.
Optionally removing the need to link each guest with a specific item/product would also simplify things.
