Merge guest forms with documents and waivers

I think the whole concept of guest information and then subsequently completing forms (with much the same information) is confusing and off-putting for customers.  Guest information does often not get completed and the whole process breaks down because it isn't intuitive and feels repetitive.

If Guest Forms and Documents and Waivers could be merged into a single more seamless and intuitive step it would be a great improvement.  At the very least it would help if fields from the guest form could automatically be transferred across into documents/waivers so customers don't have to enter the same information twice.

Optionally removing the need to link each guest with a specific item/product would also simplify things.

  We tried to use the guest form but lots of customers got very confused as our documents needed parents to sign for a child and so the child information had already gone on the parents form but the child had to complete a document, got quite confusing. Had to get rid of the guest form.

  I’ve made the same request to have guest info automatically populate. The redundancy hurts the booking flow. This would be very helpful. Name, address, email, etc. should only need to be entered once.
