Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to learn about the roadmap and priorities for the ongoing development of Checkfront?  If we had a general sense of direction and where your efforts were being focused I think it would be helpful for us all.  

I'm not suggesting you get into debates about your decisions or delivery timelines but some transparency around the work you are doing and plan to do in the future would be of great interest and would inform our discussions greatly in this group.  It's often not clear what impact (if any) suggestions made here have so this could go a long way to helping with this.

  Thanks for raising this. This has been a focus of discussion for us as we come out of the last year's changes,  and our product team has been working on how best to inform our customers on the work we have planned.

  I'm happy to say that we look forward to sharing some roadmap themes in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

  Is this a change from previous policy?

  We've been asking for additional communication for years now and the answer has always been "No."

  Indeed this is a recent change and we're excited to move forward in this direction. Our product department will be providing more details around this soon. We'll do our best to update this thread with a link to this when we have more details.

  Just following up regarding your earlier post. We've recently published our product themes for 2021.

  I hope this provides a bit more clarity about where Checkfront is focused for the next while.
