Need to support multiple items with variables in one booking

You might experience the problem that one booking with multiple items cause complaints or problems to customer especially there is no variables nor control for notification email, after sales/activity email etc.

In the current situation, if you have multiple items in one booking, system only fired one combined notification to customer as there is no differentiation of internal variable for each booking items in one booking. It caused complaints from customer about confusion of info /notification and it is not flexible in operation. It caused us to cut most activity to one item per one booking.

Pls have this enhancement ASAP (which I saw some comment over 2 years and without progress)
