    Hello Chantal,

Isadora‍ here from Checkfront support. Thanks for reaching out, I'd be happy to lend a hand with this. 😁

If your goal is to ensure that once 2 out of the 3 individual sets are booked, the 3rd one becomes unavailable, then you're on the right track by managing your inventory type using Assets.

Here's what you should do: Create an asset that represents the maximum quantity of individual sets available for a given day, which in this case would be a quantity of 2 and a capacity of 1 (or if you are using guest types here such as Adults, Kids, and Seniors, it can be the maximum capacity of people per quantity). Then, attach this exact asset by Quantity to all 3 rental options (products).

When someone books one option out of the 3, two other options will still be available for selection. However, only one more option will remain available for booking, as our asset has a maximum quantity of 2.

I hope this provides a clear explanation of how to set things up in Chantal.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance. I'm here to help anytime! 😁

Wishing you a great day ahead!
