Looking to have 15, 30 and 1 hour intervals for bookings

We are new to the booking world and are looking for a way to make a 15 minute, 30 minute, or 1 hour booking session.

 

I can't figure out how to make those kind of options.  Have only figured out how to make 30 minute, or all day sessions.

  When creating/editing your product and choosing "How is this product booked" on the Availability tab, you can select the Flextime option, allowing you to select options from 10 minutes to 1 hour (see below).
