    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If your "Liability Waiver" is active, make sure it is also set up to be requested for some of your items. You can check to ensure it is applying to all applicable items by going to Booking > Waivers & Documents > Templates > select the "Liability Waiver" > Configuration.
