When submitting suggestions for features, or writing out some valuable feedback for our Product team, there are a few general guidelines that we ask you to keep in mind.
We read all suggestions and product feedback!
All feedback is important to us. As a customer-centric company, we believe that customer feedback should help drive advancements and improvements. This is why all our team members are active members of the Community and read all comments and feedback - all of it!
That said, sometimes we may not be able to engage with every post or suggestion that comes through. As posts gain more traction with comments or votes, our team may ask some follow-up questions to explore the feedback further.
Don't worry if your post or comment does not receive a response. We have seen it and will update you and the thread if there is any news or updates.
Posts may be archived if there is inactivity.
We receive a lot of feedback, and in order to keep an organized and manageable community space, we may archive old posts that have not received traction or had any interactions in a while.
Rest assured, we still have your feedback. Your suggestion will still be taken into consideration for future improvements.
Not all feedback will be developed.
Our Suggestions and Product Feedback topic is intended to be a place of discussion and collect feedback from you. We are not able to add all feedback or suggestions to the platform, as not all suggestions are a good fit for our users, or aligned with our product vision for Checkfront. This Community topic is not meant to be used as a resolution center, there is not a specific number of comments or votes that ensure a thread is engaged with, or for a suggestion to be prioritized. The purpose is for our Product team to better understand your use-cases and the challenges you may face in your day so that we can work to deliver a product that provides maximum value to you.
We cannot provide timelines or a roadmap.
Generally, we cannot specify timelines for feature development in our Community. Though at times we may share rough timelines, please know that these timelines are always subject to change.
With that said, we always strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers. We pride ourselves on being a customer-centric company, and we sincerely appreciate the collaboration and support we receive from our customers that want to contribute to our platform and make it stronger than ever.
