To make your request most impactful, here are 3 tips on how to submit Suggestions and Product Improvement Feedback.
1. Search for Similar Suggestions
We receive hundreds of suggestions and feedback each month, so if you search for your feedback and find that another customer has made a similar suggestion, give it a +1. Feel free to add an additional comment with any additional information or context that you think might be helpful.
2. Vote for previous feedback
If you see something you like or would like to see in a future update, give it a vote by hitting the thumbs up button. ! Add to the conversation by posting a comment and sharing more about why this suggestion would be helpful for you or tell us more about what it would achieve.
3. Provide details and examples.
What problem are you trying to solve with your suggestion? Our Technical Support team and Product Managers are experts at troubleshooting and problem-solving. We may be able to help you find a feature or a solution that already exists! In the event that the feature doesn’t yet exist, extra details help our teams better understand the current problem, and helps us in the development and implementation of possible solutions.
