The ability to reduce inventory from a finite stock would be useful for processing merchandise through Checkfront. Person book rooms and add gift baskets or mugs or soaps and Checkfront cannot keep track of inventory availability.

  just to be a bit more clear, you are talking about "consumables", that are actually USED, rather than booked, right ?

  Adding merchandise such as Hampers, hats. Coffee items in multiple package siz with prices for each options, grind choice, roast choice, delivery options. (Primarily A Shopping Cart Merchandise Category with a list of products to sell.) These itemsare to add to a booking, buy the product only with delivery options, add to a Package, add as a Gift Voucher, or add as an additional item to a booking like Breakfast. Also a possible Room Service Menu option or breakfast, lunch or dinner option. Or items for Room Service we can order from a restaurant and have delivered at our price listed on the Room Service Menu. Some guests request grocery items that we can provide like Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks, Alcohol, Snacks and a long list. Is this possible?
