    Thanks, Sachen!  It's so good to get this insight.  I'm glad to see inventory management is a priority.  From our perspective, the biggest limitation in this area is only being able to assign one type of asset to a product.  For example, we would like to be able to offer a boat/SUP tour that would allow the customer to choose whether they want kayaks, canoes, or SUP's when they book (we have 9 different boats/SUP types).  Right now these need to be separate products which becomes very clunky if they want a mix of different crafts.  This is just one example but there are many other scenarios where this would help us offer a much wider and slicker range of products.

    Hi Sachen.  I hope you can create a 'simple' self checking feature under Guest experience.  We run a campsite and accommodation which are often unstaffed.  As the business has grown it has been very hard to keep an eye on what people have arrived or never turned up as opposed to those who just turn up and free camp and become very hard to detect.  It also solves a big issue around Covid compliance.  We need to know who and when they have come.  Because our guests don't pay on booking and we only ask on arrival or a few days before, a self checkin will go along way to help solving some of these issues. 

    I say simple self checkin as i note there is already a staff checkin feature that could be used by guests to checkin.  Obviously it would require some sort of validation from the guest that they are the right person like booking reference or similar.  Alternatively it could just be a link in an email that they could use on arrival just as you have with the cancellation link.  Not as good a user experience but at least should work.

    Sounds like a feature for asset selection in the guest experience would be helpful t reduce the number of products you have and streamline the booking flow for your guests. I've captured this feedback and forwarded it to the Product team for consideration in the future. I appreciate the insight!

    This is a great suggestion. Self-check-in has certainly been requested by other operators. As you pointed out, there would need to be an authentication step. Luckily, you can use Custom Statuses and Customer Login's to set something like this up. One condition of that would be that guests would need to make a customer account to make a booking. I've created a ticket from your post for our support team to follow up with you for a potential workflow.
