I'm looking for an easy way to add gratuity options to an online invoice created by the customer when booking a tour.
We've tried creating inventory items equal to a 15% flat rate for each tour price and making them optional add ons for the tour; however this means we have many extra inventory items cluttering up our system. It also means that the customer can't opt for 15%, 18%, 20% or something custom as they may want to do.
Is there another way to set this up?
Would also love to include a link to some type of gratuity option in our follow up thank you emails? We get great 5 star reviews, but few tips as not many people are carrying cash!
