Email templates & notifications
The way that notifications presently send is okay but more flexibility is needed to send template based emails without a link to status. We regularly need to send emails to either all attendees on a particular course or individual attendees. For example this could be a change of location or start time for course impacting all on a course or just an individual. Presently we have to do this outside checkfront which is illogical. (We could copy and paste text into the individual bookings but that is even more cumbersome)
We suggest:
1) Notifications become templates which either are linked to the notification or can be sent individually from a drop down in the email option against each booking
2) There should be an option to also send to all attendees on a particular course

Here is a suggestion which is less than ideal, but may offer a temporary workaround until CheckFront add your feature (!):
I have created what I consider "temporary status" (and I include a * in their name to differentiate them). I have Notification(s) setup for these temp status, and when I need I change the booking status to this temp one, wait a bit (to allow the system to trigger) then change back to the previous status without sending the notification for that status.It's dirty manual work, painful, and risk-prone, but it allows the use of "email templates"...

I agree, we need to be able to send an email template from within the guest booking section. At the moment you can send an email, but you have to manually enter the email content. Frustrating to say the least.
I need to send the participants the email notifications as well as the main guest on the booking form.
