    Here is a suggestion which is less than ideal, but may offer a temporary workaround until CheckFront add your feature (!):

    I have created what I consider "temporary status" (and I include a * in their name to differentiate them). I have Notification(s) setup for these temp status, and when I need I change the booking status to this temp one, wait a bit (to allow the system to trigger) then change back to the previous status without sending the notification for that status.

    It's dirty manual work, painful, and risk-prone, but it allows the use of "email templates"...

    I agree, we need to be able to send an email template from within the guest booking section. At the moment you can send an email, but you have to manually enter the email content. Frustrating to say the least.

    I need to send the participants the email notifications as well as the main guest on the booking form.
