We have a problem customer, and we've agreed that he can no longer rent from my company.  However, he keep trying to slip one by us, and reserve rentals on Checkfront.  So far, we've caught his attempts.   But we would LOVE a way that we could block his name or emails address from future rentals.  Thanks!

  Thank you for your request! We are happy to share that we have released a new feature called Blocklist, designed to allow Checkfront users to block troublesome customers using their email addresses.
  
  As one of our most requested features in the Community forum, we hope this Blocklist feature will help to prevent problematic guests from making future bookings with your company.
