Ability for cut off time to be 15mins / 30mins / 45mins

Currently the minimum cut off time for sessions is 1 hour which removes 45 minutes of booking time for sessions and events that don't require that much time before an event.

Surely .25 .50 .75 can be coded to work as 15mins 30mins and 45mins.
Similarly 1.5 for 1.5 hours and so on.

  Yes, I'd like shorter minimum duration sessions to 0.5 hours.
