If you go to the original course and the forms and click on the right of attendee "allow reuse" then you can attach the form more than once. This is how we reuse forms.

Hmmm I don't use OnFleet myself, I just thought that the booking change trigger in Checkfront zapier might let you update the matching record in OnFleet......
