Turning off the secure mobile pop-up message
Customers on mobile devices may see the message Go to our secure mobile booking page? with the option to select the OK or Cancel button.
The system redirects the Customers who click the OK button to the mobile-friendly Customer booking page.
This option is helpful if you have the booking page embedded in your website (e.g., via the Booking Widget) but you have not optimized your website for mobile screens.
However, you can turn off this message in your Booking Page settings, as described below.
To do this, you must uncheck the Redirect mobile devices to mobile booking page (Manage > Layout > Booking Page) setting.
Once unchecked, the system no longer redirects Customers to the mobile booking page.
