Booking invoice layout overview
You can customize the Booking Invoice Layout (Manage > Layout > Invoice) to suit the needs of your business.
What you can configure
Within the Invoice Layout editor, you can customize the following elements:
- Invoice Title — Adjust the heading that appears at the top of invoices (e.g., “Booking Invoice,” “Reservation Receipt”).
- Print Logo — Add a logo on printed or PDF invoices for brand consistency.
- Company Details — Update business name, address, contact info, and legal identifiers.
- Layout Options — Choose how items, totals, taxes, and payment details are displayed.
- Booking Policy Text — Add or edit the invoice's terms, conditions, or disclaimers.
