What is an activity?
An activity is a product session, for example:
- 03/28/2026 All day | Scenic Boat Tour
The Daily Manifest shows all bookings for the day by activity.
Navigating by date
The Daily Manifest provides a table view of daily bookings by activity. By default, today's activities with bookings display. You can jump back (<<) and forward (>>) to dates with bookings or easily view the next day's activities by clicking the Tomorrow button. Click Today to return to today's activity view at any time.
You can also select a specific date by choosing it from the calendar or entering the date directly into the provided field.
Since the Daily Manifest shows bookings by activity, you cannot view them by date range.
Filtering by bookings
By default, the Daily Manifest displays the starting date of activities for the date in focus.
You can also filter for activities with bookings in progress or ending on the day in focus.
Filtering by start time
You can further filter bookings by Time. This option limits the bookings displayed to those with a matching start time, considering any other category and item/product filters you may have applied.
|
Clearing the time field Deleting the value in the time field clears any time criteria applied and returns the filter to the default value. |
Filtering by category
Clicking Select under the category label opens a drop-down menu of available inventory categories.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out bookings from the other categories, leaving a view of the items or products booked from your chosen categories.
If you have a long list of categories, start entering the name of each category. The list is then limited to those that start with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!
Filtering by item/product
You can filter the Daily Manifest for one or more items/products. Click Select under the item/product label to open the drop-down menu, and the list of available inventory items/products displays.
This filter can be used together with the category filter. If one or more categories are selected, the system restricts item/product lists to those available for that category or those categories.
As with the Category filter, you can type in the name of the item/product you are looking for, and the list is then limited to those items/products that match your entry. This feature is a valuable option for those with lengthy inventory lists.
Filtering by status
You can filter the Daily Manifest by one or more statuses (e.g., Deposit, Paid, Canceled). The bookings displayed are then filtered to match your selections.
Searching for the status is quick if you are faced with a long list of filter options. Simply start entering the status name in the input field at the top of the list.
Filtering by search
You can search bookings for the day in focus by:
- Guest or Booker First Name
- Guest or Booker Last Name
- Guest or Booker Phone Number
- Guest or Booker Email
- Booking ID
- ...and custom fields!
More options: Including cancelled bookings
By default, Cancelled bookings are included within the Daily Manifest, so that you and your Staff have an accurate picture of what the day entails. Don't need to view Cancelled bookings? Open the More menu and choose to hide Cancelled bookings from view!
If assigning assets in the Daily Manifest when using products, another available menu option is to hide Completed assignments.
Expanding & collapsing bookings
There are two ways to expand or collapse the bookings to reveal or hide the Guest List. By default, the booking rows are collapsed, and the Guest List is hidden.
At the top right corner of the list is an option to Expand or Collapse all rows.
You can also expand or collapse a listing separately by clicking on the down arrow (v) to the left of the Booking Code.
Sharing or bookmarking the Daily Manifest URL
You can share a link to the Daily Manifest! Copy the URL from the Daily Manifest page's browser address bar and paste the link into the desired communication channel. Clicking on the link brings you to the Daily Manifest with any date, start time, category, item/product, status, search, and Canceled bookings filters applied.
You can also bookmark the Daily Manifest page in your browser, allowing you to quickly and easily return to your preferred view.
To access the linked content, recipients of shared links need to have Staff account access to view the Daily Manifest. When clicking the link, the system prompts Staff to log in if they are not already in. Happy sharing!
