For example, you can add statuses like Reschedule, On Hold, or Awaiting Payment to track bookings that don’t fit the default options, such as Pending or Paid.
Custom statuses make organizing your bookings easier, communicating progress to Staff, and managing inventory effectively.

How to create new booking statuses
- Go to Manage > Layout > Statuses.
- Click + Add below your existing list of statuses.
- Enter a Name for your new status — this is what users and Staff will see (e.g., Reschedule).
- Enter a Status ID (maximum of 5 characters).
- Use short, unique codes like RESCH or ONHLD.
- The Status ID must be unique across all statuses.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the color picker icon next to the label to assign an outstanding color.
