Staff bookings and choosing the notification language
With email notifications translated into multiple languages, staff can select the preferred language when creating a new booking from the system's back-end, for example, via the New Booking (Booking > New Booking) option.
A unique Customer Language field appears on the booking form and is visible only to staff members. The dropdown menu is pre-populated with any active Customer languages in your system.
Selecting a language in this field triggers the system to send relevant notifications in that language according to its schedule.
