Printing to paper or PDF
Staff can print out the Daily Manifest for Guides or other Staff who don't have access to Checkfront but need to verify the day's Guests and their needs.
Click the Print button at the top right-hand corner of the Daily Manifest. Your computer's print prompt should then display.
You can print to PDF by choosing to Save as PDF rather than sending the document to a printer. You can then email the PDF to your Staff with devices, for example. Save on paper and toner costs in the process!
Printing the daily manifest (step by step)
- Open the Daily Manifest for the desired date.
- Click the Print button (top right).
- In your computer’s print dialog:

• Use Landscape orientation if the manifest is wide
• Adjust scaling (e.g., Fit to Width) to avoid clipping columns - Confirm and execute print or save.
