Use the Daily Manifest to manage real-time Guest (and booking) arrivals and departures.
Checking in and out directly from the manifest helps your team track attendance, flag no-shows, and keep booking data accurate without leaving your daily operations view.

- The Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration is required to collect and include Guest information within your Daily Manifest.

What is an activity?
An activity is a product session, for example:
- 03/28/2026 All day | Scenic Boat Tour
The Daily Manifest shows all bookings for the day by activity.
Checking in or out bookings
Staff can check in or check out a booking by clicking the Check-in or Check-out buttons in the Check In / Out column.
- If the Check-in button is displayed, you have not yet checked in the booking.
- If the Check-out button is displayed, you have not yet checked out the booking.
Checking in an entire booking (step-by-step)
- Locate the booking in the Daily Manifest.
- Expand the booking row if it’s collapsed.
- Click the Check In button.
- The button changes to Check Out, and a checkmark icon (✓) appears beside the booking.
- The system automatically logs the booking’s check-in status.
Checking out an entire booking (step-by-step)
- Once you have checked in the booking, the same button changes to Check Out.
- Click Check Out when the booking has completed the activity.
- The system updates the icon to indicate departure, and logs the check-in/out time.
Resetting check-in
Once you check out the booking, the Check In/Out status displays a Reset Check-in option.
- Once you click Reset Check-in, the button reverts to Check-in. The Check In and Check Out status is subsequently changed system-wide, and Check In and Check Out information is cleared from other reports, such as the Booking Daily List.
This feature is helpful if you Check-out a booking in error.

Checking in or out Guests
If you have the Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration enabled for your account, you can check in or out one or more select Guests.
First, you can select the checkbox next to the Guest to manage only the Guests you want, or select the checkbox at the top-left of the Guest List to select all Guests.
Next, check in or out the Guests by clicking the Check-in and Check-out buttons.
Checking in Guests (step-by-step)
- Expand the booking to view the Guest List.
- Locate the Guest’s name and click the Check In toggle beside it.
- Repeat for each arriving Guest.
Checking out Guests (step-by-step)
- Once you have checked in a Guest, the same button changes to Check Out.
- Click Check Out when the Guest has completed the activity.
- The system updates the icon to indicate departure, and logs the check-in/out time.
