From the Booking Index, you can view a consolidated “booklet” of invoices. This feature helps Staff prepare documents for Guests, internal use, or financial reporting.

Admin or restricted permissions to View all reports or the Booking Index.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - Classic Items, Classic Products, or both?
- The Booking Index is available to both those using classic items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our Classic Items version of Checkfront, and those using classic products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our Classic Products version of Checkfront.
Viewing invoice booklets
Click the View Booklet button to see a compilation of all the invoices listed in a digital magazine-type format. The system includes invoices in the booklet that reflect any filters applied.
- Open the Booking Index.
- Click the View Booklet icon in the toolbar.
- The system generates a combined view of all invoices currently visible under your filters.
- View the booklet within your browser.
5. Hover and click on either the top or bottom-right corner (or use the right arrow key on your keyboard) to open the Booking Index Booklet
6. Browse back and forth through the Booking Index Booklet by hovering and clicking on the corners or using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
Click Return to Report to close this view and return to the Booking Index page.

Display order of invoices The Booking Index Booklet displays invoices in the order in which the bookings were created, rather than the sort order specified in the Booking Index. A more flexible option would be to Export the Booking Index to a third-party program, such as Microsoft Excel, to sort, view, and print. |
