Disabling a waiver or document template allows you to temporarily remove it from your booking workflow without permanently deleting it. This is useful when a form is no longer needed for certain services, when policies change, or during seasonal pauses. Disabling templates
If you have an active template that you'd like to disable temporarily:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Templates from the left-side menu.
- Open the existing template you wish to disable.
- Click the More option from the bottom menu to display additional options.
- Choose Disable from the options provided.
- Confirm that you want to disable the template.
Once you've confirmed, the template is disabled and removed from service. Disabled templates are displayed in the Templates list with a Status of Disabled.
Re-enabling a template
If you decide to enable the template again, return to the edit screen and click the Re-enable disabled Template button.
