Waivers & Documents Overview
Depending on your business operations, you may need customers to sign digital documents before arrival, such as:
- Liability waivers
- Medical consent forms
- Damage agreements
- Rental contracts
Checkfront enables you to create, customize, and manage these documents directly from your dashboard.
Assigning Documents
You can create multiple documents and assign them to specific items or products.
For example:
- A stay in your lodging may require a damage waiver
- A horseback adventure tour may require both a waiver and a medical release form
Customers are asked to complete the assigned documents during booking or before participation, ensuring all required paperwork is gathered in advance.
