Where can I find this feature using the top menu?
Click an active Booking ID anywhere in the system. For example, open the Booking Invoice from the Booking Index report (Reports > Booking Index > Booking ID > Booking Invoice > Log).
You can also enter the Booking ID in the Search field found in the main menu to bring up the Booking Invoice.
What more do I need to use this feature?

Accessing and viewing booking log entries
The Booking Log is a detailed record of all events associated with a given booking. It can be found under the Log tab of Booking Invoices. This log includes notifications sent, status updates, payments, and changes to bookings.
Each row in the log displays the Date, Event Type, User, and a brief description.

Booking Log limit The Booking Log does not contain logs older than two years. |
Printing booking log entries
While a print option is not available for Booking Log entries, there are possible alternatives, such as:
- Printing to PDF using your browser, for example, with Google Chrome. Ensure that headings are excluded, blank pages are omitted, and the table is custom-sized to fit the PDF. The experience varies depending on the browser. See the above screenshot.
- Taking manual screenshots and then printing those to PDF.
