Accessing sent and submitted documents
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Sent & Submitted from the left-side menu.
- Search listed documents by Name, Email, Booking ID, and Document ID using the Search Documents search field.
- Click on the Booking ID to go directly to the booking where the waiver is attached.
- Under the Documents tab, you see a list of attached waivers with options to view document listings and expanded details, view documents, print (download and save to PDF), verify, and detach documents. You can also disable the reuse of documents if you have previously set the document to apply to multiple bookings.
Viewing documents and expanded details
Clicking the Booking ID takes you directly to the booking to which the waiver is attached. Within the Documents tab, you are then presented with the details of the attached waiver.
You can manually expand the View dropdown menu to Detach or Delete the signed waiver. From here, you can also choose to Allow Reuse of the document, should you have previously set the document to apply to multiple bookings.
Additionally, a signed document can be verified by checking the Verify option to the right of the Attendee details. If the option is checked, the label changes to Verified.
Click the downward-facing arrow on the right-hand side to view additional information regarding the waiver in question. This includes document signatures and the creation/updated dates.
Click the View button to see the completed document in your browser window.
Click the Print button on the right to view the document in your browser document viewer.
From where you can print, download, or save your document as a PDF.
