The transactions report enables you to view a list of your transactions based on date range, source and the type of transaction.
Report Options
Back to topDate:
Choose a date range for your report here. Defaults to the last 30 days. Other options include: Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last Month, Last 30 Days. There is also a custom option which will enable you to choose your own start and end days for the report, as shown below.
Payment Type:
Filter your transactions report by payment type such as POS, Visa, Mastercard or Gift Certificate.
Event:
Filter your transactions based on the payment event. This includes Paid, Refund and Chargeback transactions.
Staff:
Filter your transactions based on the staff member who processed it.
Category:
Filter your transactions based on the inventory category.
Search Transactions:
Enter a search term in this field to find a particular transaction(s). Entering "Peter Barlow" here would single out Peter Barlow's transactions, for example.
Columns
Back to topThe columns menu allows you to choose exactly which information is and isn't included in the report you are generating.
Simply check a column from the drop-down menu to include it in the report, or uncheck it to leave it out.

To reorder the columns in your report, click and hold your mouse over the "dots" by each column title and drag it to where you'd like it to be. Click save when ready and your report should be updated with the changes you've made.
Export
Back to topYou can export your transactions report using the link in the top right corner, next to the columns button.
You are able to enter a name for the report and choose the output format.

Current formats include:
• MS Excel
• CSV
• XML
The report can be saved to your computer, an email or Google Drive.
