Your calendar settings determine when Customers can book, which days/hours your business accepts bookings, and how bookings can span across closed periods. Proper configuration ensures that your availability aligns with your operating schedule, reduces booking conflicts, and supports complex booking patterns.

Configuring settings within the calendar tab
By default, the Calendar tab displays the Days Available setting (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, and/or Sun), allowing you to specify the days of the week you accept bookings.
Customizing hours available
With the Customize Hours Available option selected, you can specify the exact times of the day during which you accept bookings.

Applying custom hours Custom hours apply only to Per Time allocation for items and Fletime availability for products. They do not work with day, night, or timeslot item and product allocations. Learn more about these topics here: |
Allowing time bookings to exceed one day
When turned on, Customers can select an end date after the start date. Any duration rules still apply, so a selected multi-day range cannot exceed the configured maximum duration.
To offer an overnight booking window, set the first day’s end time to 11:00 PM and the following day’s start time to 12:00 AM (midnight). For example, a Customer could book from Friday at 8:00 PM until Saturday at 2:00 AM.
Leave this setting disabled for same-day time bookings. This keeps the start and end within one calendar day and prevents Customers from selecting a multi-day range that conflicts with the offering’s duration rules.
Note: This differs from fixed Timeslots, which have predefined start and end times, and All Day/Nightly inventory, which is booked by date.
Allow multi-day bookings to span closed days/hours
Check the Allow multi-day bookings to span closed days/hours setting to allow multi-day bookings to span closed days.
This setting allows bookings for a range of dates, including those with item/product closures. If an item/product is closed on a specific day but still has inventory, a booking can take place over that closed period, as long as it starts or ends on a different day.
For example, if a Customer in an accommodation is staying from Friday to Monday, with Sunday closed, they cannot check in or out on that day.

Unavailable inventory when your business is closed If you turn on the Allow multi-day bookings to span closed days/hours setting (Manage > Setup > Calendar) and you close your business on a specific weekday, e.g., Sunday, the system marks a multi-night booking date range as unavailable if the booking's checkout is directly after the closed day, e.g., Monday. This behavior occurs because the system doesn't consider checkout as a booked night. To accommodate this scenario, you can set your product's availability to All Day (or Per Day for items) so that the system fully books the checkout date. |
Setting which day starts the week
Specify which day of the week the calendar starts (Monday or Sunday) with the Start of Week setting.
