Translating Inventory Categories

Learn how to translate a product/item category into one or more supported languages.

Inventory > Categories

What more do I need to use this feature?

• Admin permissions to manage inventory or restricted permissions to View items, products, and assets and Manage items, products, and assets.
  
  

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic items, classic products, or both?

• This feature is available in both our classic version using classic items (Inventory > Items) and our classic version using classic products (Inventory > Products).  → Learn more about products

To translate the information in your category fields, click the Translate button, as highlighted above.  

You can select any language you have configured for your system from here.

When the translatable Category Name and Description fields are highlighted in blue after selecting a language, input your translations.

Click Save Translation to save your changes when you are done.
