Viewing booking logs from booking invoices

Learn how to access the log of events associated with a booking, as well as print the view from your browser or screenshots.

The Booking Log is a detailed journal of all events for a given booking. This includes notifications sent, status updates, payments, and booking changes.

An extensive system log is also under the Reports menu (Reports > Account Activity).

The Booking Log does not contain logs older than two years.

While a print option is not available for Booking Log entries, there are possible alternatives, such as:

• Printing to PDF using your browser, for example, with Google Chrome. Make sure to exclude headings, omit blank pages, and custom-size the table to fit the PDF. The experience varies depending on the browser. See the above screenshot.

• Taking manual screenshots and then printing those to PDF.
