Accessing Customer details
Back to topClicking on the Customer's name (e.g. Jane Smith) in the left sidebar takes you to Customer Details for the Booker. The number next to the Customer's name depicts the bookings attached to the Customer's profile.
From Customer Details, you can create a new booking for that Customer or review bookings made in the past. You can also update the Customer Details by editing their profile fields.
Accessing related bookings and the bookings list
Back to topThe Bookings area summarizes each booking attached to the Customer's profile. Details for each booking are the ID, Customer Type, Booking, Date, Created, Amount, Status, and the Detach option.
A Related Bookings expandable section displays if bookings from separate Customers happen to share identifiable details such as the email address, phone number, name, or address.
Once expanded, click the blue View button to be brought to the other booking.
Do you want to merge the related booking to the Customer profile you are currently viewing? Then click the box to the left of the entry and choose the Attach button.
Once attached, the related booking is moved to the Bookings list of that profile.
