Translating app content
Back to topIn the previous article in this series, we discussed how to translate your Booking Pages into one or more languages using Translate Content (Manage > Languages > Translate Content).
However, your account's default system-wide language (e.g., English) is set via the Language setting (Manage > Setup > Locale).
You can find the list of system translations under the Translate App tab of the Language settings.
We support several translations of these languages - both shared and private, custom copies.
Shared Translations
Back to topYou can view a shared translation to see if it meets your needs, but you cannot edit shared translations. You must make a copy of the translation, which you can edit and customize.
Custom Translations
Back to topYou may wish to word a language string slightly differently.
You can create a private, custom language translation for your account and make changes without impacting other customers' accounts.
To do this, click the Make Copy under the Actions column.
You can then type your translations directly into the fields under the Value column. Click outside of a field to save the translations automatically.
You can also use the search box at the top of the list to look for specific language strings.

Why is a certain language not on the list?
We try to include as many languages as possible to accommodate all our Customers. However, we are only able to include some of the languages.
