Back to topDo you need to archive an asset or asset pool? There are four methods for archiving your assets, which option you utilize depends on whether you need to archive a single asset, bulk update select assets, or retire an asset pool altogether.

Archiving an asset pool disconnects its assigned bookings and products. We strongly recommend you first update them to use different asset pools. Learn how to reassign assets via the Daily Manifest here: |
Archiving single assets from the Asset List
Back to topTo edit, then archive a single asset, do the following:
- Open the asset pool, which lists the asset you need to archive.
- Hover over the asset you would like to archive.
- Click on the Edit icon at the end of the row. This enables the status drop-down menu.
- Change the status of the asset to Archived.
- Click Save to save your changes. Your asset has been archived.
How do I unarchive a single asset from the Asset List?
To unarchive an asset, you need to do the reverse of archiving an asset.
- First, make sure your Asset list is filtered to Show archived assets.
- Open the asset pool, which lists the asset you need to enable.
- Hover over the asset you would like to enable.
- Click on the Edit icon at the end of the row. This enables the status drop-down menu.
- Change the status of the asset to Enabled.
- Click Save to save your changes. Your asset has been enabled.
Archiving single assets from the Asset Details page
Back to topTo archive a single asset from the Asset Details page, do the following:
- Open the asset pool, which lists the asset you need to archive.
- Click on the SKU for the asset you need to archive.
- From the Asset Details page, click on the Archive Asset button.
- Click Save to save your changes. Your asset has been archived.
How do I unarchive a single asset?
To unarchive an asset, repeat the above steps until the asset Details page. From there, simply click on the Unarchive button to unarchive the asset. Remember to Save your changes.

Back to topTo select one or more assets to archive from the Asset list, do the following:
- Make sure your Asset list is filtered to Show enabled assets.
- Open the asset pool, which lists the asset(s) you need to archive.
- Click the Edit icon at the top of the list to make the asset status menu visible.
- Select Archived from the drop-down menu.
- Select the asset(s) you want to archive from the list. Selecting the checkbox at the top of the list allows you to select all assets to be archived.
- Click Save to save your changes. Your asset(s) has been archived.
How do I unarchive one or more assets from the Asset List?
To unarchive an asset, you need to do the reverse of archiving an asset.

- Open the asset pool, which lists the asset(s) you need to unarchive.
- Click the Edit icon at the top of the list to make the asset status menu visible.
- Select Enabled from the drop-down menu.
- Select the asset(s) you want to enable from the list. Selecting the checkbox at the top of the list allows you to select all assets to be enabled.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Archiving your asset pool with assets from the edit modal
Back to topDo you no longer need an entire pool of assets? Then, you can archive the pool by following these steps.
- First, access the edit asset pool modal for the asset pool you need to archive. To do this, click the Edit action next to the asset pool you want to archive.
- Within the footer of the modal, you see an option to Archive the asset pool. Click this button to begin the process.
- Click Save to confirm your changes and archive your asset pool. Your asset pool has been archived.
How do I unarchive a single asset from the Asset List?
To unarchive an asset, simply repeat the above steps until the edit modal. From there, simply click on the Unarchive button to unarchive the asset. Remember to Confirm your changes.
