Back to topYou or the Admin for your organisation may have activated two-factor authentication on your Staff/Partner account. In which case, you are prompted to secure your account the next time you log in by entering an additional code.
The primary way to do this is by using your preferred authenticator to scan the QR code displayed upon logging in and entering the one-time code generated. Alternatively, you can manually enter a code, or have the code sent to your phone by text (SMS).

Securing your account by scanning a connection to your authenticator
Back to topThe primary method for authentication is as follows:
- Use your preferred authenticator app to scan the QR Code provider, for example, Google Authenticator for Android or Apple devices. This connects your account to the authenticator.
- Enter the one-time code generated by the authenticator app.
- Click Continue to submit the code for authentication and continue to the Booking Manager.
Securing your account by manually connecting your authenticator
Back to topAre you having trouble scanning the QR code? You can also manually copy the connection code into your authenticator app. Click on the Trouble Scanning? link to bring up the manual option.
- Manually enter the code into your authenticator app to connect your account to the authenticator. You can Copy the code to your clipboard and paste it into your authenticator app if it is on the same device that you are trying to log in with.
- Enter the one-time code generated by the authenticator app.
- Click Continue to authenticate the codes and continue to the Booking Manager.
Securing your account via SMS to your mobile phone

If you don't have access to an authenticator, then you can secure your account via your mobile phone. Click on the option to Try another method to bring up your options.
Start by entering your phone number in the field provided. Make sure the correct country code is selected. Click Continue to submit your phone number.
Enter the code that was sent to your phone via text (SMS). Click Continue to authenticate the code and continue to the Booking Manager.
