Adding an inventory tag
You can follow these steps to add a new Tag.
- From the Tags tab, click the + New Tag button.
- Enter the name of the Tag in the Name field.
- Toggle the Weight setting to set the weight of the Tag.
The weight determines the order in which your Tags display on the Customer Booking Page (Customers > Customer Booking Page or add /reserve to your account URL). The higher the weight, the closer to the beginning of the list the Tag appears. The system sorts multiple Tags that share the same weight alphabetically.
- Choose the Visibility of the Tag from the drop-down list provided.
The visibility column communicates whether the Tag is currently visible to Everyone, Staff only, or in Reports only.
- The system selects the Enabled checkbox by default. Enabled means the Tag is active and not archived.
- Select which items/products you need to apply Tags to.
- Click the Save button to save your new Tag!
Your enabled Tags now display within the Customer Booking Page and Booking Widget!

Tags are visible to Staff by default By default, newly created Tags are visible only to Staff. If you would like the Tags to display to your Guests, you need to change the Visibility setting to Everyone. Please take a look at the instructions directly above. |
